Your go-ahead first
Diagnosis is free. We tell you what's wrong, what it needs, and what it costs — and no work starts until you say go ahead. Say no, and you owe nothing.

$50 labor — fixed or not
Once you approve and the work is done, the $50 labor fee applies whether the device ends up fixed or not. You're paying for the labor — the testing, the time, and the work — not a guaranteed fix. Some devices can't be saved; the labor is still owed.

Parts only if needed
If the repair needs parts, you pay for the parts at cost — collected up front before anything is ordered. No parts needed? No parts charge. Just the $50.

No surprises, ever
If we open a device and find something different, we stop and check with you first. Nothing extra is charged or ordered without your approval.
